Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Provide feedback to management on inventory, product issues, and customer concerns.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 45 pounds.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
