We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by efficiently handling cashiering, stocking products, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll collaborate with the Aldi team to maintain a clean and organized store environment while upholding company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain accurate inventory.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to ensure a tidy store environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and maintain equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
