Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in store inventory counts, and provide feedback on products
- Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines
- Perform other assigned duties as required
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
