Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in store inventory counts, and provide feedback on products
  • Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines
  • Perform other assigned duties as required

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
