Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized.

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
