Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly.
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
