Job Description

Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked appropriately, and customers receive outstanding service. In this full-time position, you will collaborate with team members to maintain a clean environment, assist customers, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store appearance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries effectively.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Operate equipment such as cash registers and other store devices safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years to work at ALDI.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient cash handling skills.
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
