Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will play a critical role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Job Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $15.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism and follow ALDI's guidelines and competencies.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Experience in retail and basic equipment operation preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.
