Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your primary goal will be to enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management, including conducting inventory counts and monitoring accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of equipment operation and general cleaning procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
