Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
