Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the store is well-organized and customers receive excellent service. Your duties will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute cashiering duties efficiently and accurately.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and in an organized manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and contribute to maintaining accurate stock records.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
