Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stock replenishment, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Follow cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security guidelines.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and essential store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in retail operations is a plus.
