Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our store runs smoothly by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. By providing exceptional customer service, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
