We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI core competencies and professional skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to offer courteous and prompt customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
