Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your main responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers throughout their visit.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize losses.
  • Follow company policies while ensuring data security and confidentiality.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to company standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
