Job Description
As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. Your role will involve cashiering, stocking shelves, cleaning, and collaborating with the team to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Give feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and walking around the store.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate cash register efficiently, operate equipment safely, and maintain cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
