Job Description

As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. Your role will involve cashiering, stocking shelves, cleaning, and collaborating with the team to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Give feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality.
  • Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise, sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and walking around the store.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate cash register efficiently, operate equipment safely, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
