Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Provide feedback to management on products, inventory, and procedural matters.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in delivering prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Skilled in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Capable of meeting physical demands and adhering to company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
