Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback on products, and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
  • Proficiency in operating store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
  • Combination of education and experience will be considered.
