Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a critical member, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skilled in using equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and following policies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
