Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily activities.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of following company policies and maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
