Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily activities.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of following company policies and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
