Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store associate team, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and neatly arrange merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management
  • Report product feedback, inventory issues, and recommendations to the management team
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
  • Comply with company policies while ensuring document and data security

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Exceptional customer service and cash register operation skills
  • Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently
  • Experience in retail environments preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
