Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking shelves, managing inventory, and cashiering. As a vital part of the team, you will collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with store management.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and report to store management
  • Manage inventory and conduct store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Customer service and cash register experience
  • Ability to operate store equipment
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
