Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stocking and merchandising tasks. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Perform cashiering duties, clean and organize the store, and maintain product displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback on inventory and product issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work independently or in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in retail is preferred.
