Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and store operations.
  • Adhere to cash procedures, company policies, and maintain document security.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register, store equipment, and performing general cleaning tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
