Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your exceptional customer service skills will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate M.A.P. competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash handling policies, and maintain security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
