Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked to meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues to improve store operations.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
