Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, performing cashiering duties, and general cleaning tasks.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist with inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
