Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer inquiries.
  • Capable of lifting and moving merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment effectively.
