Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer inquiries.
- Capable of lifting and moving merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment effectively.
