Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with merchandise stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and various equipment.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
