We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring a clean store environment. Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and report feedback to management
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Proficient in customer service and cash handling
  • Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
