Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a integral member of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support shopping experiences
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Conduct store inventory counts and monitor accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security protocols

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and follow company guidelines
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
