Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store remains clean and well-organized. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with products and maintain merchandise displays.
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Assist customers during their shopping experience with prompt and courteous service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to the management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
