Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, handling cashier duties, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock merchandise, maintain shelves and displays neatly.
  • Process customer purchases, assist customers, and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and assist in inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
