Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join ALDI and contribute to maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This role involves stocking merchandise, operating the cash register, and engaging with team members to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management, including conducting inventory counts and monitoring accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
