Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the Aldi team. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
