Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant environment for all shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash-handling policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Good physical fitness to perform stocking and general cleaning tasks.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
