Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and work collaboratively with the team.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, ensure inventory accuracy, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following policies, maintaining cleanliness, and multitasking effectively.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a retail setting is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
