Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
  • Give feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to contribute to store improvements.
  • Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures diligently.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of following company policies, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Compliance with state and local regulations related to alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
