Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. As a full-time position with 32-40 hours per week, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and assistance during shopping
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Follow company policies and procedures for inventory, cash handling, and safety
  • Participate in store inventory counts and report any issues to management

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or above
  • Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Prior retail experience is preferred
