Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies, Mindsets, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Follow cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security standards
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
  • Capable of meeting physical demands of the job
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
