Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Comply with all established policies while maintaining document security

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently
• Capable of meeting physical demands such as stocking and lifting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is an advantage
