Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stock handling, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
  • Experience in retail environment preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
