Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing stock, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, handle cashier responsibilities, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Stock shelves and displays neatly, ensuring merchandise is presented attractively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Contribute to inventory management by participating in store counts and monitoring accuracy.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
