Job Description

As an Aldi Customer Service and Stock Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing store operations to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the store's appearance. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves neatly and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
  • Provide feedback to improve store operations.
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prior work experience in retail preferred.
