Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Stock merchandise and maintain shelves and displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in stock counts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security of store documents and data.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
  • Experience in retail and general cleaning duties preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
