Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, maintaining a clean store environment, and ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and displayed.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and assist with shopping inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves and ensuring merchandise displays are attractive.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Receive and accurately stock merchandise, monitor inventory levels, and participate in inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling and company policies while providing prompt and courteous service.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
