Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer shopping experience by providing outstanding customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Work well in a team environment and follow company policies.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
