Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's team. As a key member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Stock shelves neatly and assist customers in their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service.
  • Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Interpret and apply company policies accurately.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
