Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the customer shopping experience by maintaining a well-stocked and clean store.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
  • Operate cash register efficiently and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
