Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Enhance the customer shopping experience by maintaining a well-stocked and clean store.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
- Operate cash register efficiently and adhere to cash policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
