Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Adhere to cash policies, procedures and company standards
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
  • Employ excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Operate equipment efficiently and safely

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
