Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store looks its best.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and provide courteous service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory management and maintain accuracy.
  • Operate cash registers and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
